Visual Group is a privately owned company, independent financially and operationally from both computer re sellers and brand manufacturers. We contract our services directly to all industry partners in a way that respects each customer's needs for business privacy within the competitive environment of the IT industry.
Coverage
Operational coverage is nationwide through our regional offices in Auckland, Palmerston North, Wellington, and Christchurch or through our affiliated network of authorised sub-contractors. All together coverage is in excess of 24 locations throughout New Zealand which enables Visual Group to offer 2 hour response times anywhere in the country.
Personnel
Visual Group currently employs approximately 100 personnel with an additional 100 engineers employed by our authorized subcontractors throughout the regions. All Visual Group engineers are trained to high levels of certification and are continually encouraged to extend their formal qualifications.
